Products and Personalisation

Many of our products are made to order and personalised with details you provide, such as names, dates, text, or photos. Please review your personalisation details carefully before placing an order, as we craft each item exactly as submitted. We are not responsible for errors in the information you provide (for example, spelling mistakes or incorrect dates). Because handmade items are crafted individually, slight variations in colour, grain, finish, and size are natural and not considered defects. Product images on our website are for reference and may differ slightly from the final piece.

Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to ensure pricing and product details are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order. We accept payments through the methods shown at checkout, including UPI, cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery where available. Orders are confirmed once payment is received or, for COD, once the order is verified.
