At Sblossom.com, we aim to get your order to you safely and on time. This policy explains our processing times, shipping options, rates, and how delivery works.

Processing Time

Most of our products are handcrafted and personalised to order. We begin preparing your item once your order and personalisation details are confirmed. Processing is separate from shipping time, so the total time to receive your order is the processing time plus the delivery estimate below. If your order is time-sensitive (for a birthday, anniversary, or other occasion), please mention the date at checkout or contact us, and we'll do our best to help.

Domestic Shipping

We offer two shipping options for orders within India:

  • Standard shipping: 5–6 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 3–4 business days

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method chosen. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. We are currently offering free shipping on all orders.

Delivery and Tracking

We use reliable courier partners to deliver your order. Once your order ships, we'll provide a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout, as we cannot redirect packages once dispatched.

Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within 7 days of shipping, please contact us at order@sblossom.com. We may require up to 14 days to investigate the delay with our courier partner and provide an appropriate solution. We appreciate your patience while we resolve it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, Sblossom is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. If you have any concerns about a delivery, please reach out to us at order@sblossom.com.
