Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Sblossom.com, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, replacements, and damaged or lost deliveries are handled. For any request below, please email us at order@sblossom.com with your order number.

Order Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at order@sblossom.com. We'll do our best to cancel it before it ships. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds

To request a refund, contact us at order@sblossom.com. For non-personalised items, a refund may be issued when:

  • the item is unused, undamaged, and returned within 30 days of delivery;
  • it is in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Personalised and Custom Orders

Because personalised and custom-made items are produced specifically for you, they cannot be refunded — except where the shipment is lost in transit. If a personalised item arrives incorrect or defective, we will provide a free replacement (see below).

Replacements for Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at order@sblossom.com. To qualify for a replacement, we ask that you share a clear unboxing video showing the issue. Once we've verified it, we'll dispatch a replacement at no extra cost.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at order@sblossom.com, along with photos or an unboxing video. We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, Sblossom is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure.
