Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. We will make every effort to cancel your order before it is shipped. However, if the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sblossom.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return. We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. We will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the item, minus any shipping charges.
Please note that we do not accept returns of personalized or custom-made items, except in the case of a defect or error on our part.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the shipping address provided.
