Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@sblossom.com. We will make every effort to cancel your order before it is shipped. However, if the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

Refund Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sblossom.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us at orders@sblossom.com to initiate a return. We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. We will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the item, minus any shipping charges.

Please note that we do not accept returns of personalized or custom-made items, except in the case of a defect or error on our part.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at orders@sblossom.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the shipping address provided.
