1.1 🛑 Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at

We will make every effort to cancel your order before it is shipped.

However, if the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.


1.2 💰 Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sblossom.com.

If you’re not satisfied, please contact us to initiate a return at

1.2.1 ✅ Eligibility for Refund:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

1.2.2 ❌ Personalized or Custom Orders:

  • Refunds are not possible for personalized/custom-made items, unless the shipment is lost.

  • If the item is incorrect or defective, we will offer a free replacement.


1.3 🔁 Replacement Policy for Incorrect or Defective Orders

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us within 15 days of delivery at

1.3.1 🎥 To qualify for a replacement:

  • The customer must send an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

  • Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement item at no extra cost.


1.4 🚚 Damaged Deliveries

We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund accordingly.


1.5 📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the provided address.
